We follow the harbor master's daily notice for rescheduling. Please call us we’ll let you know what the advisory is for such date. Weather-dependent activities are not automatically rescheduled. Please contact us if you feel bad weather is coming.

If we cancel the experience due to weather-related issues or unexpected events, you will receive a full refund.

Most tours do not have a cancellation fee other than typical bank transaction fees. Usually, as long as you let us know before 48 hours prior to pick-up time, except for groups of 8 passengers or more (kids included).
