Before the world health emergency ended, all tour companies that we have arrangements with made sure to:
- Provide hand sanitizers and face masks to all the guests that needed it before the tour start.
- Conduct temperature checks of all the guests and staff members before boarding and drop off back at the hotel.
- Limit the number of guests per tour ensuring proper social distancing.
- Ensuring that all the staff members wear face masks and gloves during the tour.
- Encouraging guests to bring their own water bottles to avoid sharing.
- Providing pre-packaged snacks and meals instead of buffet-style meals.
In the present times and in the future all tour companies that we book after the world health emergency tour companies still make sure that:
- Food & beverage staff uses disposable gloves while handling food and beverages.
- Conducting regular sanitization of high-touch areas such as door handles, seat belts, and handrails.
- Provide contactless payment options for additional purchases during the tour as long as they belong to themselves (no power over public places).
- Sanitize the tour vehicles before and after each tour.
