To ensure that we can provide these add-ons, we ask that guests book any experience first and then apply for the necessary add on inside the booking at least 2 days before the desired experience. Such equipment will be delivered at your hotel one day before and we need such notice in advance.

However, we understand that there may be situations in which a guest requires equipment without having booked an experience with us. In these cases, we reserve the right to offer such equipment without booking, we want to ensure that all of our guests have the opportunity to enjoy our services to the fullest extent possible, and we will do our best to accommodate any requests for additional equipment upon availability.
