• With more than decade of experience, we meticulously selected local tour companies. They own their transport and adhere to the highest standards of hospitality, legal commitments, and sanitation norms required by Mexican authorities. Our partners are trained in contactless service, vehicle sanitization, and safety guidelines.
• The field driver and guides will pick you up at the motor lobby of any of the 200+ nautical hotels that we serve (outside the main lobby door except for a few cases PLEASE ask your concierge where is the typical pick up location). Our selection policies are based on 14 plus years of experience working with the most well known tour companies and include the following:

• All tours must be supervised by a qualified individual who has received professional training.
• All tour locations and activities must be reviewed and approved in advance by Yucatanis's management before celebrating any agreement.
• A professional driver, a certified guide or a legally licensed boat captain and crew (depends on the chosen service) must be present AT ALL TIMES for the duration of each experience.
• All tour guides and drivers must abide by safety guidelines and protocols provided by local law.
• We are committed to providing safe and enjoyable experiences using vehicles no more than three years old and selecting appropriate locations for all participants, with the primary focus of ensuring everyone's safety. We will continue to enforce these policies to ensure the safety of all.

• Read the specs completely (of the desired experience) to know what to expect/bring.
• Take a pool towel, camera, and cash for tips or souvenirs on all experiences if you wish.
• Verify the experience's cancellation policy and timeline to reschedule without penalty during unforeseen events. Verify if there are any cancellation fees.
• If your experience is weather-dependent and you wish to be rescheduled for the next day with good weather, please inform us by 17:00 hrs at least one day before. This will allow us to check for available slots.
• Always ensure that your hotel's name (for pick up) is completely accurate.
• Rescheduling a tour does not provide additional time for full or partial refunds.
• Check each tour's specs to see if food is included.
• Contact us ASAP if the driver is not on time at your hotel's front door. A 5min delay is sometimes common due to traffic or unexpected events.
• You cannot select a different location for pick up or drop off other than the original pick up spot. However, if you've booked a private tour, there may be other possibilities. Please notify us in advance.
• Bring biodegradable sunscreen ALWAYS please.
• Check in advance if special equipment is needed.
• You can reschedule as long as there is availability.

We follow the harbor master's daily notice for rescheduling. Please call us we’ll let you know what the advisory is for such date. Weather-dependent activities are not automatically rescheduled. Please contact us if you feel bad weather is coming.

If we cancel the experience due to weather-related issues or unexpected events, you will receive a full refund.

No, a printed ticket is not required — just the PDF you get in your email at time of booking. You may just flash the screen to the driver that picks you up.
